Not only did she list our home and advertised it like crazy but also hired a professional cleaning service, stagers and had professional photos taken I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond what most do. In this difficult market she got us under contract in 17 days and at full asking price when other houses in our neighborhood had sat on the market for over 3 months. She expertly and quickly ensured that my offer was quickly submitted and I won the contract. Her extended team and contacts throughout the community were both essential and extremely time-saving. "We found Melissa completely by chance and I couldn’t be more grateful for that happy accident. It was our first time buying a home and, while my husband is familiar with the process, I was completely green and needed all the help I could get. Melissa was prompt with everything, answered all of my (dumb) inquiries, and really fought to get us the best deal she could. She truly thrives on taking care of her clients and going to bat for them.
